Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Functional Solution Architect (Supply Chain) to lead end-to-end solution delivery across our Network product areas, translating business requirements into functional specifications and deployment plans. The role combines design, configuration, and go-live support with active collaboration across customers, project teams and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end customer solutions in a SaaS/Network context.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across product areas including design, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live support.
• Serve as liaison between project teams, customers and Product Management; manage expectations and decisions.
• Elicit and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
