Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr Solution Architect for Advanced Retail Planning (Planning, Assortment, Allocation). This remote US role focuses on delivering high-value solutions across the US and Canada while coordinating with stakeholders, PMs, and third-party consultants.

You’ll design, configure, and validate BI retail solutions and lead deployments from start to finish. The ideal candidate has 6–10+ years of retail planning experience, Azure/Office 365 proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of end‑to‑end Advanced Retail Planning delivery experience.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Planning, Assortment or Allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Design sessions, business requirements mapping, system integration support.
• Cloud tech experience, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools for docs and communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Retail Planning solutions.
• Apply domain knowledge to configure and deliver customer requirements.
• Lead solution design with clear construct and validation tasks and timelines.
• Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases for smooth transitions.
• Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to maximize value.
• Assess non-standard needs, integration complexity, and roadmaps.
• Highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers.
