Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager in Texas to oversee full-scope MEP activities from design review through closeout on large-scale projects. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive MEP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on active construction sites while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in mechanical, electrical, or life-safety discipline OR 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in construction and managing MEP trades, GC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating MEP design reviews, submittals, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract docs for constructability, code compliance, and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide on-site MEP trade coordination and installation.
• Manage MEP submittals, tracking, and procurement documentation.
• Develop and monitor MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Oversee testing and commissioning efforts.
• Review MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Contribute to staff training and development.
