Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Systems Manager (MEP) to drive successful project delivery on active construction sites in Texas. You will oversee Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, Controls and all critical MEP systems from submittal through close-out, ensuring design intent and code compliance.

The role requires strong leadership and extensive on-site coordination, with a focus on schedule management, procurement, and commissioning to meet client deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP teams on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong ability to review design documents for constructability and code compliance.
• Proven track record of on-site coordination, submittal review, and commissioning.
• Experience managing MEP materials and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and coordinated drawings submittal approval process.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals in accordance with the contract documents.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule in conjunction with project field supervision team.
• Review field installation and oversee testing & commissioning.
