Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Executive to lead the day-to-day management of all MEP systems on complex projects. You will oversee submittals, testing, commissioning, and close-out, driving a culture of excellence and safety on active job sites.

The role requires a strong track record in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and fire protection trades, mentoring teams, and delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 12+ years of construction and MEP trades management experience is expected.
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and coordinate drawings submittal approval process.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Lead and manage MEP trade material submittals in accordance with contract documents.
• Lead and manage MEP trade material tracking and procurement documentation.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review field installation and progress testing & commissioning.
• Review and advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Lead MEP close out document delivery and final handover.
