Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Senior MEP Systems Manager to lead multi-discipline MEP activities on complex projects in Houston. You will coordinate submittals, testing, commissioning, and on-site installation to ensure project success.

The role requires extensive experience in MEP trades, with a focus on leadership, safety, and collaboration with design teams and field staff on high-stakes builds.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades.
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, drawing supervision, submittal review, inspections, testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Review field installation and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Review and advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes.
• Recruit and mentor staff to foster diversity and safety.
