Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems from submittal through closeout on large-scale projects.

You will lead MEP coordination meetings, review contracts for constructability, manage material submittals, schedule, testing, commissioning, and ensure safety and compliance. This hands-on role requires 10+ years in construction with MEP trades, proven leadership, and ability to work on active sites

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating MEP design reviews, submittals, inspections, and commissioning.
• Experience on large-scale construction with MEP trade-specific vision to align teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor and maintain MEP schedule with project team.
• Review field installation and manage testing and commissioning efforts.
• Handle MEP-related close out documentation and change orders.
