Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to drive delivery of complex building projects from start to finish. You will lead coordination meetings, ensure code compliance, review submittals, and oversee testing, commissioning and closeout for Low Voltage, Security, Fire Protection, and Controls.

The role requires 10+ years in construction with MEP management, leadership experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities on site; travel to active sites and extended hours

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering or construction management, or 15+ years in related field.
• 10+ years experience in construction and managing MEP trades; GC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in design review, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive leadership fostering diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and drawings review.
• Analyze contract documents for constructability and code compliance.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and procurement docs.
• Develop and monitor the MEP schedule with field supervision.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.
• Provide leadership to recruit and retain top talent.
• Mitigate risk by reducing change order exposures.
