Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager in Houston to drive the complete MEP package from submittal to closeout. You will lead cross-discipline teams, coordinate 3D MEP coordination meetings, and guide on-site installation and commissioning to ensure project success.

You will manage submittals, material tracking, and schedule development with field supervision, while promoting safety, inclusion, and high-quality workmanship across large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related discipline OR 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in construction and managing MEP trades, GC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in MEP design review, drawing supervision, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide on-site MEP trade coordination and installation.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with the field supervision team.
• Review field installation and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Recruit and develop top industry talent; promote safety and inclusion.
