Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Senior MEP Systems Manager to lead end-to-end MEP activities on large construction projects. You will analyze contracts for constructability and code compliance, lead 3D coordination meetings, and oversee on-site MEP installation, testing, and commissioning.

You will manage material submittals, develop schedules with field teams, review changes, and drive safety and inclusion on site. A senior leader role requiring extensive MEP expertise.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or fire protection/life safety engineering, construction management or related field OR 15+ years of relevant experience preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in construction and managing MEP trades, experience with a general contractor preferred
• Experience leading teams and coordinating MEP design review, submittal review, field inspections, and testing & commissioning
• Experience on large-scale construction with MEP trade-specific vision to align teams

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract documents for constructability, code compliance and functionality.
• Lead MEP trade 3D coordination meetings and submittal approvals.
• Guide and monitor MEP trade coordination and installation on site.
• Manage MEP trade material submittals and procurement documentation.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedule with project field supervision.
• Review field installation and testing & commissioning efforts.
• Advise on MEP requisitions and contract changes; handle close out documents.
• Mentor staff and promote diversity, inclusion and safety.
