Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Sr MEP Superintendent to manage all field operations on a $5-$50M project in New Florence, MO. This on-site role requires leadership, strong coordination with trades, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will drive scheduling, oversee subcontractor performance, and partner with project teams to deliver on-time results while upholding Gilbane’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in engineering or CM.
• 7-12 years of leadership experience on large commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs field operations and coordinates trade contractors to meet schedules.
• Maintains safety compliance and leads safety programs on site.
• Maintains project documentation and daily reports.
• Plans and updates project schedules and contigency plans.
• Leads pre-task plans and daily huddles with teams.
• Coordinates with subcontractors to obtain permits and ensure quality.
