Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior MEP Superintendent to manage all field operations on one or more large projects. The role is on-site daily, guiding trades, safety, and scheduling while coordinating with owners, architects, and constructors.

Successful candidates bring 15+ years of experience on large commercial/industrial projects, OSHA 30, STS-C, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Gilbane University offers leadership and technical training.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving.
• Experience supervising large project teams and coordinating multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Supervises and develops the project team.
• Manages the project budget for general conditions and Site Services.
• Leads safety programs and enforces safety policies on site.
• Mentors junior team members and leads the Superintendent peer group.
