Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead mechanical construction on large commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee MEP coordination, safety, and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, working with PMs, subs, and design teams to meet schedule and quality goals.

The role requires strong field leadership, detailed knowledge of MEP systems, and proven success managing subcontractors on complex builds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, with significant MEP/mechanical work.
• Experience as MEP Superintendent, Mechanical Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating MEP subcontractors on commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience working for a mechanical or MEP subcontractor encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all MEP construction activities in the field.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.
• Manage MEP subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide daily field leadership for mechanical construction.
• Review mechanical drawings, specs and MEP coordination documents.
• Coordinate mechanical installations with structural and architectural trades.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve field conflicts.
• Inspect mechanical systems for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, startup, and closeout of mechanical systems.
• Maintain communication with the GC's project management team.
• Enforce all safety requirements across MEP operations.
