Job summary

Daksta seeks a Senior MEP Superintendent to lead installation and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale projects. You will drive project schedules, mentor MEP teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and subcontractors, approving shop drawings, and reporting progress to stakeholders. A strong engineering background and proven leadership in MEP construction are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a accredited program.
• 5+ years in a supervisory MEP construction role with large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site meetings to coordinate MEP activities and address concerns.
• Review and approve work plans, schedules, and shop drawings from subcontractors.
• Monitor MEP installation progress, schedules, and quality to meet timelines.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Provide guidance to project team and subcontractors; report to stakeholders.
