Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within construction, focusing on MEP systems.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing MEP systems on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and directing a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills for challenging issues on-site.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software and related tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors according to plans and specs.
• Review and approve MEP designs and ensure on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure progress.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve emerging MEP issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
