Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent - MEP in Dallas, TX to lead the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of large-scale projects. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and in-depth understanding of MEP systems on complex builds.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate designs, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while upholding strict safety standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with MEP focus.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP subcontractors, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications.
• Review and approve MEP designs and plans, ensuring correct on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure all MEP work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice and resolve MEP-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for MEP systems.
• Prepare and present progress reports on MEP aspects to senior management.
