Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar MEP role in construction.
• Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing MEP systems on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP aspects from inception to completion.
• Supervise MEP subcontractors on site.
• Review and approve MEP designs and plans on site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects and others.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical advice on MEP issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems.
• Manage procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
