Job summary

Skanska in Atlanta is seeking a Superintendent - MEP to lead field operations on our projects, ensuring timely and profitable completion while upholding safety, quality, and client service. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills and the ability to manage complex MEP trades.

You will supervise field labor, coordinate with architectural trades and subcontractors, review plans and specs, and maintain clear communication with clients and the project team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience.
• 7+ years Safety and QAQC knowledge.
• 7+ years Electrical trade knowledge.
• 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
• 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Direct supervision of field labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects trades and procurement activities.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, and client service.
