Job summary

DPR Construction in Atlanta, GA seeks a Field Superintendent - MEP to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing field operations on complex projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with project teams, trade partners, and self-perform crews.

You will apply advanced technical knowledge to resolve coordination and installation challenges, identify constructability improvements, and mentor site teams without formal management duties.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in MEP field operations or related supervision roles.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must obtain within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MEP field execution for assigned scopes, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, MEP trade partners, and self-perform teams to resolve complex MEP issues.
• Guide MEP work sequencing, system integration, and site logistics for efficient installation and commissioning.
• Oversee safety plans and QC measures specific to MEP operations and escalate critical concerns as needed.
• Mentor field team members with informal guidance without formal management responsibilities.
