Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Field Lead to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing field operations on complex projects in Atlanta. You will coordinate across project teams and trade partners to ensure safe, on-schedule installation and high-quality results.

With 7 years in MEP fields and the required OSHA/CPR certifications, you will identify efficiency gains, mentor peers, and drive best practices on site.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in MEP field operations or related supervision.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Ability to coordinate across project teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day MEP field execution for complex projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinates with project managers, superintendents, MEP trade partners, and self-perform teams to resolve issues.
• Guides MEP work sequencing, system integration, and site logistics to support efficient installation and commissioning.
• Oversees safety plans and quality control measures specific to MEP operations and escalates concerns as needed.
• Reviews field documentation, including daily reports and coordination logs for accuracy.
• Identifies prefabrication, modularization, and alternative installation strategies to improve efficiency.
• Provides informal mentorship and technical guidance to field team members.
