Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will plan, schedule, manage budgets, and coordinate with Superintendents and clients on site.

You'll mentor teams, drive zero-defect turnover, and uphold Boldt’s safety culture while delivering projects on time and within budget in a dynamic, field‑based environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree required or equivalent experience.
• Four to seven years of construction experience with core coordination and execution responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems preferred.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with accountability.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with craft professionals, leadership, and clients.
• Nice-to-have: experience with data center commissioning (Level 1–5).

Responsibilities

• Lead mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communications on site.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams to keep projects on track.
• mentor teams and interface with clients in 24/7 zero-downtime environments.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure turnover aligns with Boldt standards.
