Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Superintendent to lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations on large-scale commercial construction projects.

This leadership role requires coordinating trades, enforcing safety, reviewing drawings and specs, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 and CPR certification required.
• Experience supervising large crews (20+).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to review designs and drawings and enforce plans.
• Proven cost control, forecasting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP operations on large-scale commercial projects.
• Coordinate trades, ensure safety, and enforce quality standards.
• Liaise with engineering, estimating and project teams to meet schedules.
• Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and production reports.
• Ensure material readiness and on-site coordination.
• Oversee safety programs and conduct site inspections.
