Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of commercial construction projects, overseeing MEP systems and coordinating with subcontractors and clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Procore; willing to work on site in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, and/or 10+ years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Must pass post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may require additional background checks.
• Must adhere to all company policies and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a positive relationship with internal project teams, customers, subcontractors, and key vendors.
• Develops and maintains a construction plan and schedule.
• Scopes out vendor quotes and purchases equipment and materials.
• Scopes out subcontractors and issues subcontracts; guides fabrication schedule.
• Monitors manpower and deliveries; mentors site leadership to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepares and maintains project budgets; reports key metrics to senior management.
• Develops revenue forecasts, cash flow analyses, and other financial analyses.
• Coordinates with client and architect/engineer contacts to facilitate construction activities.
• Schedules construction meetings with required personnel and subcontractors.
