Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to guide multiple projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead project teams, oversee schedules and budgets, and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and extensive PM experience, with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities for on-site project management in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 8+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to maximize employee performance.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions through department heads.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Act as liaison with prime client and architect/engineer contacts to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare all necessary back up relating to change requests and submittals.
• Lead project meetings and maintain internal project schedules.
