Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Project Manager (Commercial Construction) to oversee MEP delivery on our major projects. You will review plans, coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related) with 7–10 years in A/C/mechanical projects, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 7-10 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project controls.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must adhere to company policies and be available to work as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with internal project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinates with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, fabrication shops, and client personnel.
• Develops construction plans and schedules; scopes vendor quotes and equipment/material purchases; scopes subcontractors and subcontracts.
• Monitors budgets, reports to senior management, analyzes cash flow and change orders.
• Acts as liaison with client and architect/engineer to facilitate construction activities.
