Job summary

Aristeo is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead a large-scale Liberty, NC project. You will direct on-site Superintendents, manage safety, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with clients, A-E representatives, and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive MEP knowledge, and travel for project execution. A degree in engineering or construction management and 7+ years in heavy industrial PM are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP projects and supervise site teams to ensure safety, quality, budget and schedule.
• Create and manage project schedule and coordinate with client and subs.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and financial aspects of the project.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Project Engineers on the team.
• Represent Aristeo in meetings and support labor negotiations as needed.
• Ensure project closeout and financial completion.
