Job summary

Responsibilities

• Approves MEP and Commissioning schedules.
• Supervises MEP subcontracting strategies and creates Scopes of Work.
• Negotiates pricing and change orders with contractors and equipment manufacturers.
• Performs MEP constructability reviews of contract documents.
• Develops and enforces a project-specific MEP quality plan.
• Coordinates with owner/representative to meet expectations.
