RC Andersen in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager specializing in the Mission-Critical sector to lead complex construction projects. The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving profitability across multiple teams.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and closeout activities, coordinate with owners, tenants, and design professionals, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15 years of project management experience.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred.
• Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects is required.

Aufgaben

• Monitors project activity including schedules and budgets to ensure timely, quality completion.
• Prepares, completes or reviews project reports and schedules as per guidelines.
• Facilitates weekly project status meetings with owner, owner’s rep, vendors, subcontractors and others; documents minutes.
• Conduct internal staff meetings to disseminate information and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Review bid documents, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, estimates, and takeoffs; oversee procurement.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices; approve for payment or negotiate changes.
• Coordinate with client to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing to accounting.
• Prepare change orders and final closeout documentation; manage invoicing and payments.
• Maintain relationships with architect, engineers, and vendors along with client and team.
