Job summary

Aristeo, a leader in the manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects ranging from $500k to $50M. You will lead with superintendents to ensure on-time delivery, safety, quality, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management and 7+ years in heavy civil PM, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management required.
• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD and Viewpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead all projects and ensure safety, quality, budget and schedule.
• Set direction, align resources and execute at a high standard.
• Provide initial client contact to assess scope and resources.
• Supervise construction efforts to meet safety, quality, design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, A-E reps, and other contractors.
• Create and manage the project schedule.
• Manage contracts' financials, including fees, rentals, income/expenses.
