Job summary

Atlantic Constructors seeks a highly experienced Senior MEP Superintendent to lead and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will oversee field execution, coordinate trades, enforce safety, and ensure compliance with plans, codes, and quality standards.

This leadership role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in managing MEP scopes on high-value projects such as hospitals, data centers, or high-rise

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large crews (20+).
• Strong cost control, forecasting, and budgeting understanding.
• OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP operations on large commercial projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project teams to ensure drawings and schedules are met.
• Enforce safety, quality standards, and site discipline across trades.
• Lead field Superintendents and foremen to achieve production goals and forecast outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day activities including VDC coordination and material readiness.
