Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and general systems design.
• Experience managing subcontractors and small teams.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• May manage a team or act as project lead.
• Manage smaller projects or portions of larger projects.
• Provide project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Oversee budget reports, cost projections, and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure scope/schedule alignment.
