Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to work with a global manufacturing client and partner with our team. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge and Owner’s Representation experience.

The successful candidate will support delivery of construction and capital projects across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources with exposure to complex projects and

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating across project delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Strong client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations with stakeholders and leadership.
• Able to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff.
• Proven post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience, including design and site experience.
• Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external team members and stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support the scheduler with progress updates.
• Coordinate field activities between General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client.
• Conduct field walks with GC and Sub-Contractor trades and attend site reviews with architects and MEP team.
• Assist in project close out documentation and QA/QC checks.
• Perform engineering QA/QC reviews for drawings prior to construction submission.
• Prepare reports on progress, KPI, and project performance.
• Facilitate information flow between team and client through meetings and written communications.
• Capture learnings into internal databases for reuse.
