Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to join our Phoenix team and collaborate with a global manufacturing client on major construction and capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and experience in Owner’s Representation, delivering complex programs across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Proven post graduateMechanical or MEP engineering experience, including design and site work.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Coordinate with GC, commissioning agent, and client.
• Support scheduler with progress updates and field coordination.
• Ensure QA/QC, and report issues or gaps.
• Prepare progress reports and KPI tracking.
• Maintain information flow between team and client.
