Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects in the United States. The role requires an engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and owner’s representation experience.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholders, coordinate with architects, engineers and supply chains, track milestones, manage budgets, and produce formal status reports while ensuring design standards are applied and governance is maintained on multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field required.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and owner representation.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP project delivery from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Prepare and present formal project status reports.
• Maintain project governance, processes, and controls.
• Control project budget and forecast milestones.
• Provide technical support to owners and contractors.
