Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager/MEP to partner with a global manufacturing client on complex construction and capital projects. The ideal candidate has an engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and owner’s representation experience, and will support delivery across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate across project teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong client relationship management to maintain positive relations with leadership.
• Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff.
• Postgraduate Mechanical/MEP engineering experience with design and site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specs, and documents.
• Communicate with all stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Coordinate field activities between GC, commissioning agent, and client.
• Conduct field walks with trades and architects.
• Contribute to project close-out documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and report gaps.
• Review design drawings for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and KPIs.
• Facilitate information flow between team and client.
