Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to work with a global manufacturing client. The role focuses on delivering complex capital projects with a strong mechanical/electrical bias, owner’s representation, and cross-functional collaboration across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and a track record in construction delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills to maintain positive relations.
• Able to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical staff.
• Postgraduate Mechanical/MEP engineering experience, including design and site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications and documents.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all project stages.
• Support scheduler updates and field coordination between GC, commissioning agent, and client.
• Attend field walks with GC and subcontractors; coordinate with architect and MEP team.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and quality review of technical documentation.
