Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Project Executive - MEP to provide overall management for multiple projects in Commercial HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical contracts.

You will lead field staffing, set objectives, and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to drive project success. The role requires extensive experience in construction management, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and project management experience.
• Strong management techniques to maximize project performance.
• Knowledge of corporate and industry practices and their impact on projects.
• Excellent business and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass driving and criminal background checks and drug screen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff key field positions through project management leadership.
• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards per policy.
• Coordinate with client, architect and engineer to support business development and construction.
• Monitor project execution to meet schedule and budget; implement corrective actions.
• Represent company in project meetings and negotiations.
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests and maintain client relations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to develop schedules and procurement plans.
• Prepare revenue forecasts, value schedules, cash flow and other financial analyses.
• Identify scope changes, prepare pricing, and submit change orders.
