JLL is seeking a Senior MEP Construction Project Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead complex laboratory and office buildouts for a technology client. You will act as the MEP SME, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and client leadership to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Role requires 10+ years in project management with MEP/commercial construction, and strong communication across high-stakes teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects with governance, documentation, and efficient communication including progress updates and risk management plans.
• Interface with engineers, architects, vendors, and client leadership to integrate MEP systems.
• Lead and manage laboratory construction within a larger project from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery.
• Ensure project documentation provides metrics for client leadership decisions.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Serve as MEP SME for stakeholders and internal teams through design, implementation, and sign-off phases.
• Manage schedules, budget tracking, change orders, and approvals.
• Address immediate risks or escalations and communicate solutions to clients and management.
• Collaborate with facility managers for smooth handover of laboratory facilities.
• Track and report project performance and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
