Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality project management with governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication including project frameworks, minutes, status updates, risk management plans, and meetings.
• Interface extensively with engineers, architects, vendors, and client leadership to integrate new MEP systems into existing building infrastructure.
• Lead and manage laboratory construction within a larger project from initiation to closeout.
• Maintain project scope and budget throughout project delivery.
• Ensure project-related documentation is complete and provides key metrics to support client leadership decision-making.
