You will serve as the MEP subject matter expert, lead project governance, manage budgets, schedules, and change orders, and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and client leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, MEP commercial construction expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• MEP commercial construction experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality project management with governance and documentation.
• Interface with engineers, architects, vendors, and client leadership.
• Manage laboratory construction within larger projects from initiation to closeout.
