Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in MEP commercial construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading laboratory construction within complex environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage laboratory construction from initiation to closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule; track changes.
• Interface with engineers, vendors, and client leadership.
• Provide risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Report progress to stakeholders and ensure handover.
