Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead and support multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects for a global client base. The role emphasizes owner’s representation, QA/QC, and coordinating with GC, engineering and commissioning partners on data centers and critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical/MEP background, excellent communication, and proven post-graduate engineering experience across design and site delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing construction is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate teams.
• Strong client relationship management with stakeholders.
• Postgraduate mechanical or MEP engineering experience (design and site).
• Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge.
• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Project Management (or PMP) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specs and documents.
• Communicate with project stakeholders at all stages.
• Support scheduler with progress updates.
• Coordinate field activities among GC, Commissioning Agent and Client.
• Conduct field walks with contractors and trades.
• Attend field and punch walks with architect and MEP team.
• Assist in project close-out documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC and report issues.
• Perform design reviews for construction submissions.
• Prepare progress reports and KPIs.
• Manage project information flow with client via meetings and docs.
• Input knowledge into internal databases for learning.
