Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of construction and capital projects for a global manufacturing client. The role requires an engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and experience in Owner’s Representation.

You will manage drawings, coordinate with the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client, and support scheduling, QA/QC, and field coordination across complex projects such as data centers and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate across teams and vendors.
• Proven client relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience in design and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Collaborate with General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client across project stages.
• Support scheduling updates and progress tracking.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for design drawings before construction.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
• Prepare progress reports and KPI updates for clients.
