Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or similar engineering field.
• Experience leading MEP/data centre projects.
• Proficient in project controls and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, procurement, design and construction management.
• Ensure on-programme, on-cost, on-quality delivery of services.
• Manage project controls, reporting and risk management.
• Coordinate with Employer, consultants and main contractor teams.
