Job summary

L.F. Driscoll, part of STO Building Group, seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to support a data center project in Butler Township, PA.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, coordinate with owners and tenants, and manage documentation and schedules across the project team. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in mission-critical construction with a heavy mechanical/electrical background and BIM experience (Navisworks, Revit, BIM Glue).

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10–15 years in mission-critical, healthcare, or industrial construction management.
• Heavy mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Experience from the sub-contractor world is okay.
• Experience with BIM, Navisworks, BIM Glue, Revit or equivalent expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout construction.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owner, tenants and groups.
• Ensure timely completion of project management documentation.
• Oversee MEP trades coordination and workflow.
• Monitor schedules, spending and related metrics.
• Prepare and review project reports and schedules.
• Review bids, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, and estimates.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Approve payments or negotiate changes.
• Prepare change orders for client approval.
• Prepare closeout documentation including warranties and drawings.
• Ensure final payments to subcontractors and client receipts.
