Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a data center project in Butler Township, PA. You will provide leadership across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, directing project staff and coordinating with the owner and tenants to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and documentation, reviewing bids and invoices, and preparing change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10‑15 years in mission critical, healthcare, industrial construction management.
• Heavy mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Experience with BIM, Navisworks, BIM Glue, Revit or equivalent expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout construction management process.
• Manage staff assigned to project and coordinate with owner, tenants and all groups.
• Oversee documentation, schedules and project reports for accuracy and progress.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades and coordination.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and approve payments.
• Prepare change orders and ensure all parties are informed of changes.
