Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for MEP, infrastructure, and mission critical projects.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with end users, developers, owners, engineers, and partners.
• Develop and maintain a robust NY Tri-State pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor signals of pre-lease and pre-construction activity to identify prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership on account strategies and client events.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide regular market intelligence.
