Job summary

ECC seeks a Senior Manager or Director of MEP Operations & Business Development to lead growth for its MEP-focused industrial construction business in the United States. The role requires a business development professional with a proven track record within an industrial General Contractor environment and established relationships with owners, EPCs, developers, and industry partners.

Title and level will be determined based on experience, network strength, and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an industrial General Contractor environment in the U.S.
• Established network among owners, EPCs, developers, and industry partners in U.S. industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and opportunity leadership for MEP-focused industrial projects.
• Define MEP delivery strategy and licensing inputs for preconstruction and execution.
• Structure partnerships, JV, or licensing arrangements to meet capacity and schedule needs.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Construction to shape scope and pricing.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline, licensing, and growth.
