Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN, is seeking a senior MEP estimator (IC4) to own end-to-end estimates for complex data center projects. This on-site role requires translating design maturity into defensible budgets and presenting cost recommendations to Finance and senior leadership.

You will develop conceptual to detailed MEP and process estimates, align to CBS/WBS, and lead negotiations with colocation providers and contractors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP estimating and related roles.
• Experience developing conceptual to detailed estimates for large projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls scopes.
• Ability to structure estimates using CBS/WBS with traceability.
• Experience with bid leveling and contractor pricing reviews.
• Experience presenting cost recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and defend MEP/process estimates for complex data center projects.
• Map estimates to CBS/WBS with traceability.
• Lead cost reconciliation and negotiation meetings.
• Prepare Basis of Estimate documentation.
• Present estimates to Finance and senior leadership.
