This role involves analyzing project drawings, preparing budgets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical estimating experience.
• 5+ years of experience estimating data center or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed mechanical estimates for data center construction projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine project scope.
• Develop detailed quantity takeoffs for HVAC and mechanical systems.
